Big Barfing Baby

Ella had a 12 hour virus on Monday and guess who caught much of the brunt of it. Yes that is me with Ella vomit all the way from my neck, down to the bottom of my pants. But at least Ella feels better. She is fine today, thank goodness she is not spewing her guts out on me anymore.

First Soccer Game

Jacob had his first soccer game this weekend. He had a game on Saturday and Sunday, and he loved it!! During the game on Saturday he scored 4 goals, and on Sunday he scored 5 goals and had 2 assists. Move over Beckham, Jacob Hoelzle has arrived!

Before the Game with his coach and Dad.

Jacob is super fast and breaks out from the pack to score!

Does anyone else notice that he is a head taller than all the other players? That's my Boy!!!

Life of a six month old

Ella is now a big six month old little girl! She had her six month well check today and she is 19 lbs. and 27 inches. That is 90th percentile for length and 95th percentile for weight. She is my healthy girl! Here are some pictures of some of the cool things she can do now!

Big Man on Campus

Jacob is enjoying his new preschool. He goes on Tuesdays and Thursdays to Greenville Oaks Christian Preschool. He likes to work on the computers, learn about his letters, get stuff from the "treasure box" for good behavior, and learn some Spanish. When I drop him off in the mornings, he barely says bye to me and Ella. He loves it!

Lil Night Owl

Can you read Ella's shirt? Yes, she has this shirt on for a reason today. Ella loves to have her paccy at night- a lot. And she "called" me into her room last night to place it back into her mouth. Every hour from midnight until she woke up!!! She is indeed mommy's lil night owl. But how can you be mad at a face like that?

Anyone have any suggestions? She can't grab the paccy and put it back into her mouth yet. I pray I don't pull all of my hair out until she reaches that age!

Soccer Fever!

It is that time of year! I have looked forward to Jacob starting soccer for a very long time. I love watching him at practices and playing. He is turning out to be a very good player. He really hustles after the ball and is a good sport to the other players (most importantly!). I think for a long time from now that Saturdays in fall are going to be spent at the soccer fields. Here are a few pictures!
